CST Testing Schedules

Here you will find this year's CST testing schedules for all grades. To determine the correct schedule, check with your child to see if they have 1st or 2nd lunch.

Summer Reading Program for students entering grade 6, 7, and 8

Welcome to the Landmark Summer Reading Program for students entering grade 6, 7, and 8 at Landmark Middle School.

Our summer reading program is designed to help our students understand the following:
•   Reading can be an enjoyable pastime.
•   People read for pleasure, not just to acquire information.
•   Reading is a skill that improves with practice.
•   Reading can be a family activity; families in which parents read inspire children to read.
•   Reading is fundamental in providing a solid basis for academic achievement.

Click on the four (4) attachments below for more information on the Reading Program, Top Ten must reads , recommendations from Language Arts teachers and graphic organizers to help students gather information.

Free Breakfast for students Starts Mon. Nov. 28

Universal Breakfast starts Monday, November 28. All students are able to eat a free breakfast from the cafeteria before school and during break.

Want to help students resolve problems?

Students if you are interested in helping other students resolve problems please fill out an application for Peer Mediation. Pick an application up from Mrs. Melanson. We need all grade levels and especially guys. The final day to accept applications will be Tuesday, September 7th. Interviews will be today, & Wednesday Sept. 8th. Thanks, Mrs. Melanson

Parent/Student Handbook

Handbooks will be handed out the first day of school. PARENTS, please make sure you and your student complete the information on the last page and return to us the next day, Friday the 13th.

Water Fights!

Just a reminder that water fights are not permitted on campus. The consequences for participating in a water fight may include suspension. Please do not participate in water fights

Traffic Safety

Students walking to and from school should cross safely at cross walks and corners.
Jaywalking is not allowed.
Dropping students off in cars can be done on the street side near the school or by driving through the parking drop off on campus. Students should not cross Oliver or Legendary when being dropped off or picked up.
Parents please do not park in neighborhood drive ways or make u-turns around the school.
Speed limit near schools is 15 miles an hour.
